Amago coaches have all worked at senior levels in corporate organisations. We have personal understanding of business and commercial reality and have experienced the challenges of being human in a corporate culture.

Peter Shotton

Founder of Amago and experienced corporate coach and facilitator, Peter works with individuals and teams to raise performance through increased self-awareness, the language of leadership and the development of effective relationships. He specialises in the facilitation of the personal transition that accompanies organisational change and development and acts as a confidential sounding board for Managing Directors/Chief Executives.

Initially qualified in science, he gained an MBA from Cranfield and subsequently trained as an ontological coach through the Newfield Network in the USA. He continues his professional development through international coaching conferences, workshops and seminars, and is in regular supervision. He is a qualified coaching supervisor.

Peter spent 15 years in corporate roles, latterly as Director of UK and German companies within the food and drink sector. This was followed by 10 years in consultancy working with clients in private and publicly owned business and not-for-profit organisations where he focussed on assessment, succession planning and recruitment.

I have a network of coaches I work with and draw in whoever is appropriate for the task or project. Details of these coaches will be submitted whenever projects require a group of coaches.
